Students returning to campus at Oral Roberts University will have a new place to study.
The university held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday for its new $200,000 Stanley White i4 Digital Enterprise Lab.
The four I’s stand for imagine, innovate, incubate and impact.
The new lab in the College of Science and Engineering offers state-of-the-art technology, lots of room for tutoring and study groups, and whiteboard walls.
"I was just completely floored with how beautiful it was,” ORU student Austin Lehman said.
"It's really just exciting to see that someone wants to invest in the next generation and to be able to do all sorts of cool data science stuff,” ORU student Gladys Chen said.
The Stanley White Foundation also gave ORU $50,000 for scholarships.
