Coweta voters once again approved a one-cent sales tax in a do-over election.

Voters approved the sales tax for a new police department and fire station in September with 70-percent of the vote.

Those results didn't count because the election wasn't announced in the town's newspaper.

This time around, the tax passed with even more support with 73-percent of the vote.
