Tulsans Approve Renewed Franchise Agreement With PSO

Tulsans approved a measure for the city to renew its franchise agreement with PSO.

This agreement provides revenue to the city and gives PSO permission to access public right-of-ways, alleys and streets to operate the electrical grid for the next 15 years.

It also dedicates funding for highway light maintenance and to bury power lines.
