It's the fall harvest season and lots of fall festivals are underway across Oklahoma. Every year, the Oklahoma Heritage Farm transforms into a fall festival.
"We have all kinds of games and rides for the little kids, inflatables, that kind of stuff," said Margaret Snow, owner of Oklahoma Heritage Farm
There are more than 30 activities for all ages. There's an 11-acre maze, petting zoo, axe throwing, and educational learning boards.
Owner Margaret Snow said she puts on the festival for one reason. "The kids' smiling faces. It's a place they can come and run and play and be outdoors," said Snow.
One of those smiling faces is Brady Hixson. It's his first time coming to the festival, and he said he hopes it's not his last.
"I've went to visit the animals, the goat, the chickens, the horses," said Hixson.
For Brady, the festival is a chance to try something new -- like playing in the corn box.
It's similar to a sandbox, but filled with corn.
"I buried myself [in the corn]!"
The Oklahoma Heritage Farm Fall Festival is a place for kids to be kids while having some good ole' fall festival fun.
The fall festival runs through October 31. You can get more information by clicking here.
