News 9's Storme Jones sat down with a man who has talked to Richard Glossip several times.

Vinita native Dr. Phil says this case has troubled him from the very beginning, and that the new evidence deserves to be heard in a new trial.

"We're not asking them to set him free, just take this back to the trial court, which is what the attorney general has filed a motion to do. So, this will all be given proper air, proper consideration, and I think that's what we're asking for. I think that's what should be done," said Dr. Phil.
