Prosecutors charged a Tulsa woman in the drive-by shooting that killed a 17-year-old boy last October.
Makyah Riggins was the driver in a drive-by shooting where Demarion Brown was shot and killed, prosecutors said.
Court documents say after the murder, Riggins and the two shooters made a rap song about the killing.
Demarion Brown was found dead in the street near 46th Street North and Peoria last October, police said. Investigators said a 15-year-old was also shot in the leg and survived.
Documents say the two victims were at a party that night. Riggins' phone records showed she was within a block of the party for an hour leading up to the murder, then left the area right after shots were fired.
Documents say minutes before the murder, Riggins was texting back and forth with a friend about the murder, said who she was with, and that she was the driver.
Riggins' Instagram messages show she was trying to sell a gun 13 hours after the murder, investigators said. Investigators said it was the same type of gun used in the murder.
Investigators said they believe Brown was shot and killed over a gang dispute.
Records show Riggins is currently in federal custody for a different case after pleading guilty last month to using a gun during a robbery. She is facing at least five years in federal prison for that.
Police are still looking for the two shooters. If you have any information, call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
