Community Context Assessment Survey

Oklahoma County Health Department opened a survey for health status and quality of life in Oklahoma City and County. The survey results will contribute to the Oklahoma City-County Wellness Score and Community Context Assessment.

Prague Earthquake Settlement

An Oklahoma natural gas company agrees to a nearly $6 million settlement in a class action lawsuit over a 2011 earthquake near Prague. The lawsuit accused New Dominion of causing the 5.7 magnitude quake with its disposal well operations. People who had property damage need to make a claim by Jan. 13 to get part of the settlement money. To make a claim, click here.
