“Charcuterie” is a French term for meats, cheese, and vegetables. It’s a collection of many favorite finger foods for all special occasions. Presentation is key! Creators can get really creative with charcuterie design that not only photographs well, but is appetizing to the eye and ready to enjoy by family and friends.
Ingredients
- 12 slices of roast beef
- 12 slices of salami
- 12 slices of pepperoni
- 12 slices of prosciutto (ham)
- 12 slices of candy pepper bacon
- 2 packets of crackers of your choice
- ½ lb. choice of nuts
- ¼ lb. blue cheese
- ¼ lb. sharp cheddar
- ¼ lb. boursin cheese
- ¼ lb. mix dry berries
