Description
A cocktail with flavors of lemon and coconut perfect for the summer months.
Ingredients
- 17.5 oz blanco tequila
- 5.25 oz limoncello
- 2 oz unrefined or virgin coconut oil
- 1 oz agave or simple syrup
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt coconut oil and add into tequila in large, open container. Mix and let sit on counter for 5-10 minutes, stirring every minute or so.
- Step 2: Place tequila and oil mixture into freezer. Let sit 20 minutes. Coconut oil will rise to the top and solidify.
- Step 3: Remove tequila and oil mixture from freezer. Strain with cheesecloth and pour mixture through funnel back into tequila bottle. Discard remaining oil left on strainer.
- Step 4: Add limoncello and agave or simple syrup into tequila. Close top on tequila bottle and shake.
- Step 5: Pour over crushed ice and serve.
