NABJ Tulsa Chapter Hosts Salute To Excellence Awards Gala

Tulsa's chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists hosted its annual Salute to Excellence Awards Gala on Saturday.

The event connects NABJ members with likeminded people in the media industry.

They also give out awards and scholarships at the ceremony.

One of the organizers said their goal is to bring focus to the group here in Oklahoma.
