Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Optional: Mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Step 1: Hand mix together all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Step 2: Freeze for one hour on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Step 3: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three weeks.
