No-Bake Energy Bites

Description

Kelsey Blubaugh from Montereau shows us how to make energy bites without any baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Optional: Mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Hand mix together all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Step 2: Freeze for one hour on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Step 3: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three weeks.
