The Tulsa Regional Chamber is holding its annual State of Inclusion event on Thursday, May 29, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center. The event aims to reinforce the region’s commitment to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive business practices across the community.
This year’s theme, “Built to Withstand: Inclusion as Infrastructure for Community and Commerce,” will be the focus of a keynote address by Silas S. Dulan III, founder and CEO of the Dulan Business Group.
Dulan, a nationally recognized voice in community-driven business practices, will speak on how inclusive principles can strengthen both economic and social frameworks.
Following the keynote, Dulan will join a panel discussion featuring Alison Anthony, president and CEO of the Tulsa Area United Way, and Bailey J. Siegfried, vice president of culture, communication and human resources at NORDAM.
The panel will be moderated by Jonathan Long, the Chamber’s vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion, and will dive into the ways inclusive leadership contributes to business growth and long-term community impact.
The State of Inclusion continues to serve as a vital platform for Tulsa’s business leaders and organizations to share ideas, build partnerships, and further the conversation on creating a more inclusive economy.
