A woman is dead and another was injured in a Rogers County crash near Chelsea on Thursday, authorities say.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 10:33 a.m. on S. OK-28 near E. 370 Road.

OHP said the two-car crash happened when Frances Altman, 60, pulled out from a private driveway into the path of a vehicle heading north on OK-28.
