On Friday, the Oklahoma Supreme Court denied the motion by a Tulsa attorney against the management company for the BOK Center.

The motion filed by Clark Brewster sought to require the BOK Management to implement safety precautions at the President’s rally.

The lawsuit said that President Trump's rally is a health risk to city and asked for the BOK Center to enforce masks and social distancing at the rally.

The State Supreme Court ruled that, under the state's 'Open Up and Recover Safely' plan, it is up to entertainment venues like the BOK Center to determine if and when social distancing measures are put in place.
