Messages Home: Sgt. Shifflett Sends Message Back To His Family From Kosovo

Sergeant Shifflett is a part of the Oklahoma Army National Guard that is currently deployed overseas in Kosovo. He wants to send a quick message back to his family while he is taking part in a NATO-led peacekeeping mission.

Oklahoma Army National Guard members are currently deployed overseas in Kosovo, taking part in a NATO-led peacekeeping force involving 27 nations.

The men and women we spoke to in Kosovo wanted to take the opportunity to send a message back home to Oklahoma as they work to serve their country. Sergeant Shifflett wants to give a shoutout to his wife and son back in Washington Oklahoma.
