Description
We are in the middle of wedding season and with inflation everyone is looking for ways to save a little money, including providing some of the food at the wedding reception.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast cut into medium sized chunks
- 1/3 cup of flour
- 1 cup cut broccoli
- Juice from 1 and a half lemons
- 1/6-1/4 cup oil of choice
Instructions
- Step 1: Add oil to sauté pan on medium heat
- Step 2: Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic then add flour and mix all together
- Step 3: Add chicken to pan and cook till golden brown on one side then turn chicken to the other side and cook.
- Step 4: Once you’ve turned over all chicken pieces, add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 5: Then add the lemon juice and cook until reduced also turn/flip the chicken and broccoli through this process
- Step 6: Use a thermometer to make sure chicken is 165 degrees or more.
- Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
