We're happy to welcome chefs Marvin Kidd and Preston Stephens with Montereau back to the Cooking Corner. Today they are showing us how to make some Summer Chicken Salad Wraps.
Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup red grapes
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup quartered strawberries
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- Juice of 1 small lemon
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Step 2: Stir to continue.
- Step 3: Add the chicken, celery, grapes, blueberries, strawberries, and green onion to the bowl.
- Step 4: Gently stir to combine.
