Rachel Nalley, an inmate at the Oklahoma County Detention Center, was found unresponsive in her cell around 7:20 a.m. on Saturday by staff during a wellness check, according to detention center officials.
Officials said life-saving measures were initiated by medical staff and Oklahoma City Fire Department personnel but despite the efforts, Nalley was pronounced dead at 7:27 a.m.
