It's that time of year to fire up the grill and get ready to cook out. Chef, author, and influencer Emily Susman is back again to show us some simple ideas for Italian and Cajun foil packs.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 smoked sausage or turkey link
- 2 corn, cut in half & par-cooked
- 1 lb potatoes, par-cooked (red or golden)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chicken or seafood stock
- 2 tbsp Tony C Cajun seasoning or Old Bay
- Parsley & lemon juice, optional
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven or grill to 450 degrees.
- Step 2: Lay out foil and build the packets. Use half of the ingredients in each packet. Wrap the packets up tight so the liquid doesn't leak. I usually double wrap in foil.
- Step 3: Cook at 450° for 26 minutes and enjoy!
